Agroatlas & Nature Growers Celebrate International Women’s Day 2022

Today we celebrate your perseverance, determination, and consistency… Every morning you walk through the doors of the office, the warehouse, or the fields ready to inspire those around you with that unique magic that defines you.” This is how the letter from our CEO, Ricardo Menoyo, addressed to all the women in our company begins on International Women’s Day.

Once again, we celebrated March 8th surrounded by balloons, flowers, gifts, and laughter. In addition, some colleagues from the Almería office were at the Agadir offices, where every year we take advantage of the large space to celebrate this day. This allowed them to enjoy the celebration together with their colleagues.

Ricardo continues in his letter: “Working is not just about coming in to perform your duties; working is also about dreaming, flying, and striving to make each of your dreams come true, and about raising your children with such important values as honesty, humility, and respect.” These are the values we share and promote at Agroatlas, not only within our team but also externally with clients and suppliers.

International Women’s Day ended with traditional Moroccan women’s songs, their way of expressing gratitude at the same time for the gesture from Abdellah Houri, manager of Nature Growers, Agroatlas’ subsidiary in Morocco, and Ricardo Menoyo, who also expressed his thanks at the end of his letter in the following way: “We feel very proud, today and every day, that you are part of our team. Because without you, colleagues, nothing would be the same.
