The immature version of the sriracha chili. Elongated and slender (8–15 cm), with intense green, smooth and glossy skin. Medium heat with pronounced vegetal notes and a fresh character.
A natural source of vitamin C and antioxidants, helping to strengthen the immune system. Its capsaicin content may stimulate metabolism, promote satiety, and support blood sugar regulation.
Also provides vitamin A, B vitamins, and potassium — key nutrients for proper cellular and muscular function.
