A small to medium-sized chili pepper (8–15 cm), elongated and slightly conical. Bright red when fully ripe, with crunchy juicy flesh. Balanced medium heat with a slightly fruity aromatic profile.
Rich in vitamin C and vitamin A, supporting immune function and protecting cells against oxidative stress. Capsaicin content is associated with metabolic stimulation, improved circulation, and potential anti-inflammatory effects.
Also provides antioxidants, potassium and B vitamins, supporting muscular function and electrolyte balance.
